How to heat up a wheat bag in the microwave

Before you pop your wheat bag in the microwave, first it's important to check to make sure everything is clean. Is your wheat bag clean & dry? Is your microwave clean from food and liquid?

How long do you microwave wheat bags for?

We recommend a maximum of 2.5 minutes when heating a wheat bag in a microwave. If your microwave is 1000 watts, we recommend 1.5 minutes max.

Always look at the manufacturers supplied heating instructions when heating a wheat bag, as each wheat bag is made different.
