ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are dispatched after processing (1-2 business days) using Royal Mail 48hr delivery service (24hr express available). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a delivery confirmation email.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Update: Due to Royal Mail delays you may experience delays with your order. Please wait 12 business days from when your order was dispatched before contacting us.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our delivery provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the delivery service
that has been selected.

  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Stolen packages after delivery

 RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 working days of delivery to the recipient. Drop us an email with your order number and we will be in touch asap!

Please note - that the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The Item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us. Items must be returned unused in perfect condition. 

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product during our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
