If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us with your order number and we'll take care of it for you! Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact us with your order number and details on the change. Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
We use Royal Mail for delivery. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days and send with Royal Mail 48h delivery. Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

HELP, MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED!
If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’re here to help you out. Please e-mail us with information about your order. If your package was damaged, please include a photo of your damaged product. We review each case carefully and will do our best to help you in any way possible!

HOW TO HEAT MY WHEAT BAG USING A MICROWAVE
If using a microwave oven, heating times will vary depending on the wattage of your appliance. Your wheat bag should come with instructions, which will include the following:

800W for 1minutes 30 seconds. Then heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature.

Recommended maximum is 3 minutes (Do not over heat).

Always check the directions for use on your product as it may differ from a similar item - it's recommended to check even if the item is from a familiar brand. Don’t be tempted to exceed heating recommendations as this will not make it more effective or make the heat last longer. 

CAN I HEAT MY WHEAT BAG IN THE OVEN?
No. We don't advise heating a wheat bag in any type of oven.

HOW DO I WASH MY WHEAT BAGS?
We recommend simply using a sponge with warm water and a mild detergent. Some wheat bags have removable covers which may be washed according to care instructions provided.

CAN I PUT MY WHEAT BAG IN A WASHING MACHINE?
No, wheat bags shouldn't be washed in a washing machine. And remember, don't heat your wheat bag when wet or damp. Allow to dry fully before heating.

HOW DO I REHYDRATE MY WHEAT BAG?
Simply put a cup of water in a microwave alongside your wheat bag and heat as usual.

DON'T OVER-HEAT A WHEAT BAG - (recommended maximum is 2.5 minutes)
- Don't leave the microwave unattended when heating a wheat bag.
- Don't reheat the bag until it has completely cooled – which may be two hours after initial heating.
- Don't store the wheat bag until it is cold.

CAN I USE A WHEAT BAG WHILE PREGNANT?
While using a heating pad to temporarily relieve pain in your joints, hips, and back isn’t a problem during pregnancy, avoid using one on your abdomen.
- Don’t apply a wheat bag directly to your skin. It’s best to wrap it in a thin towel first, or use it over your clothing.
- Don’t apply heat for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
- Avoid falling asleep with your heating pad.

CAN I USE A WHEAT BAG IF MY GUT IS SENSITIVE TO GLUTEN?

Yes. As the Wheat Bag is applied topically to your skin there is no concern in regards to Coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity when using a Wheat Bag.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Never leave the bag in a microwave unattended when heating.
- Ensure microwave has a clean, functioning turntable and is clear of food and liquid.
